This Inventory Control Liaison | Department Aide role maintains inventory levels for surgical services and designated departments. You will requisition supplies, equipment, services, loaner instruments, and prostheses through computerized information systems. The position also tracks deliveries, invoices, back-orders, and equipment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain non-stock and consignment inventory levels
- Requisition surgical supplies, equipment, services, and prostheses
- Track orders, shipments, invoices, and back-orders
- Resolve delivery, pricing, substitution, and damaged-goods issues
- Maintain catalogues, records, and equipment documentation
Requirements:
- Two years of related experience
- Resume including education and relevant experience
- Typing test completed within the past 48 months
- Typing speed of at least 45 NWPM
- Cover letter confirming casual availability and start date
