Taproot Community Support Services is an employee-owned organization delivering disability support across Alberta. The Disability Services Worker role reports to the Team Leader and focuses on education, development programs, and individual care in residence and in the community.

We offer a permanent full time schedule (40 hours/week) with a 3.30$ per hour boost for complex needs, and a values-driven environment as a Certified B Corporation.
