At Prep Academy Tutors – Whistler & Sea to Sky, we're on a mission to ignite a love of learning and help students achieve their fullest potential. We're a dynamic, private in-home and online tutoring company providing high-quality, personalized academic support across all subjects—from kindergarten through Grade 12.

But here’s the thing: we don't just hire anyone. We hire the best. Our Team Is Guided by Five Core Values:

Community first – we prioritize relationships and local impact.

Every learner grows at their own pace – we meet students where they are.

Supportive and encouraging – we foster confidence and trust.

Passion and personalized learning – we bring heart and custom strategies to every session.

Integrity and professionalism – we do what's right and show up with excellence.

Are You:

Empathic – You truly care about your students and meet them where they are

Dedicated – You go the extra mile to make a lasting impact

Dependable – You follow through, communicate clearly, and build trust with families

Then we want to meet you

We're always looking for talented tutors who can support reading, writing, math, sciences (physics, chemistry, biology), early years, and more.

Whether you're a certified teacher, teacher-in-training, a subject matter expert (math, science, engineering, writing, etc.), or a recently retired educator looking to stay connected—we want to hear from you.

Help students build confidence, develop strong study skills, and gain momentum that lasts far beyond the classroom

Empower students with customized support aligned with BC curriculum

Offer both remedial and enrichment support tailored to each learner

Partner with families to ensure strong communication and results

- Competitive compensation – Your time and expertise are valued.
- Supportive team environment – You'll join a kind, collaborative network of educators.
- Professional development – Ongoing growth and learning are part of our culture.
