As part of the Operations team, you will support sales through purchasing and order coordination. The role requires supply chain or purchasing experience, strong communication, and organized problem solving. Quadbridge serves customers and partners across North America from Kitchener, Montreal, and Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place purchase orders for sales orders with distribution partners
- Submit deal registrations at account manager request
- Resolve pricing and stock discrepancies for accurate orders
- Maintain backorder details, including ETAs, serials, and tracking
- Coordinate RMA returns with vendors and customers

Requirements:

- Two years’ supply chain or purchasing experience
- IT industry experience is considered an asset
- Skilled English proficiency; French supports Quebec customers
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills
