This Supply Chain New Graduate opportunity is designed for Bachelor’s graduates entering PepsiCo’s operations workplace. You will direct teams, uphold safety and quality standards, track productivity and service, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily direction, coaching, and leadership to frontline teams
- Ensure safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Drive productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime metrics
- Lead team meetings and communicate business priorities
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Complete a relevant Bachelor’s Degree between August 2026 and April 2027
- Demonstrate leadership through internships, academics, athletics, or volunteering
- Work assigned shifts, including nights and afternoons where required
- Communicate effectively and build relationships across organizational levels
- Manage competing priorities with initiative and accountability
