CMHA Waterloo Wellington is hiring a Service Coordinator (Youth Outreach Worker) for the Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario, Wellington-Guelph. This full-time, in office role is based in Palmerston, Ontario, and runs through November 26, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek (Mon-Fri 10am–6pm) and occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Youth Outreach Workers partner with youth aged 12–25 and families to navigate mental health and community services, maintain case records, and support goal attainment within a
