Deliver packages safely for FedEx as a Seasonal Courier, using route planning and customer service skills in person. This temporary assignment lasts up to 12 weeks.
As a part-time Seasonal Courier, you provide courteous pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You inspect shipments, explain Federal Express Canada services, and protect customer and company property. No experience is required, while one year of customer service experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and safely
- Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
- Load vans and plan efficient delivery routes
- Operate tracking and dispatch systems accurately
- Answer customer questions about shipping requirements and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid full G driver's licence
- No prior experience required for this position
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer-oriented approach and secure driving record
