Gowling WLG is seeking a Senior Law Clerk for the Business Law Department to join our Corporate Services team, primarily practicing in the not-for-profit area with some limited for-profit work requiring senior-level expertise.
The role may be located at any Ontario office. You will draft corporate documents, provide secretarial services, train junior staff, and liaise with clients to ensure timely, accurate filings and compliance across CNCA, ONCA, OBCA, and CBCA requirements.
