Killam Apartment REIT is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Edmonton team. The work includes residential repairs, renovations, trim installation, general maintenance, and painting. Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, and carpentry supports the position, alongside participation in on-call rotations and winter snow removal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fit and install doors, stairs, molding, and hardware
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential properties
- Complete general maintenance and painting tasks
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Remove snow during winter months
Requirements:
- Three to five years’ experience in a similar role
- Effective, proven maintenance skills and experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Renovation experience is considered an asset
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
