You will independently identify strong moments, shape hooks, and explain creative choices while supporting daily production. The work emphasizes TikTok culture, Gen Z fluency, and platform-native storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Turn long-form content into native TikTok and Reels clips
- Identify editorial moments without clip-by-clip instructions
- Add captions, music, overlays, visuals, and transitions
- Source trending audio, memes, and visual inspiration
- Deliver 10–12 high-quality clips weekly

Requirements:

- Two or more years editing TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
- Deep fluency in TikTok culture and trends
- Strong hooks, pacing, subtitles, and retention knowledge
- Creative judgment and short-form storytelling instincts
- Explicit English communication and direct-feedback comfort
