About the Role
We're looking for an experienced recruiter to partner with us on a contract basis, supporting candidate interviews, talent assessment, and search strategy across multiple client engagements. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with a quick-growing mental health technology startup that has raised nearly $100 million in funding in the US and is building innovative technology to transform how people access mental health support. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves connecting with people, has strong recruiting instincts, and enjoys thinking strategically about how to find and evaluate great talent.

What You'll Do

- Conduct first-round candidate interviews across a range of functions and seniority levels.
- Evaluate candidates and provide thoughtful, concise assessments and recommendations.
- Partner on search strategy, candidate profiles, and market insights.
- Review pipelines, identify gaps, and recommend ways to improve search outcomes.




- Support strategic recruiting initiatives and help move searches forward. What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups, venture-backed companies, or recruiting agencies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Strong judgment and the ability to assess talent beyond a résumé.
- Experience developing search strategies and advising hiring teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Engagement Details
