Join a Large and Established BC Counselling Practice OK Clinical Therapy Group is one of the largest counselling group practices in British Columbia, established in 2013. With 9 locations across the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, and Kootenays, our team includes 70+ registered therapists providing counselling services to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children across the province. We are currently seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our collaborative team working out of our West Kelowna office. This role is ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established clinic and referral network.

regular professional development sessions (3–4 per month), and team socials in the Kootenay region.

Qualifications:

· Registered with BCACC, CCPA, or BCCSW
· Master’s degree in counselling, social work, or related field
· Ability to provide 10+ clinical hours per week
· Strong ethical boundaries and professional judgment
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
· Commitment to ongoing professional development
· Ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients
· Experience working with trauma cases, vocational and work related injuries, and EMDR are assets. Ideal candidate has 5+ years experience.
