Overview The Renovation Assistant supports renovation work by preparing work areas, handling materials and tools, and assisting with installation, repair, and finishing tasks. This hands-on role contributes to protected, organized projects and quality results. Duties
- Prepare work areas and materials; use hand tools and power tools appropriately while following project instructions.
- Assist with carpentry, drywall, caulking, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting.
- Support concrete forming and finishing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, restoration, and heavy equipment operation as assigned.
- Read blueprints and schematics, help with construction estimating, and keep tools and workspaces orderly.



Qualifications Required: Practical ability to handle tools and materials carefully, follow instructions, and work safely while assisting with renovation tasks. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with carpentry, drywall, concrete work, restoration, and the listed installation and trade tasks are valuable strengths.
