Markham Village Naturopathic Clinic is seeking an experienced, naturally minded Holistic Esthetician to join our cooperative healthcare team and help grow our integrative skin health program. With over 27 years of service in the community, our clinic has built a reputation for personalized, professional, and compassionate care. Our skincare program combines exceptional customized facials, advanced microcurrent treatments, and natural skincare using Éminence Organic Skin Care products with a holistic approach to skin health. Microcurrent will represent a significant portion of this role, and training is available for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who loves delivering exceptional treatments, builds lasting client relationships, and is excited to help develop a thriving skincare program within an established naturopathic clinic. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized facial treatments using Éminence Organic Skin Care products
- Perform advanced microcurrent facial treatments, with training provided as needed
- Provide LED light therapy and microneedling treatments according to training and qualifications
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop individualized treatment and home-care plans
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent care, education, follow-up, and rebooking
- Maintain accurate, professional client charts and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with our naturopathic doctors to support an integrated approach to skin health




- Help manage and grow our Éminence retail program, including product recommendations, inventory, merchandising, and sales
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, skincare promotions, educational events, and program development
- Work collaboratively with our practitioners and administrative team to provide an exceptional client experience What We're Looking For Essential

qualifications:

- Extensive professional experience delivering high-quality facial treatments (ideally five or more years)
- Excellent knowledge of skin physiology, skin conditions, and professional skincare
- A genuine passion for natural products, holistic health, and personalized care
- Strong hands-on skills and the ability to create a relaxing, professional, results-oriented treatment experience
- Excellent consultation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Professional esthetics training and appropriate certifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A self-motivated, collaborative approach and commitment to exceptional client care
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning and mastering advanced microcurrent treatments Highly valued
