Job Description
We are looking for a trained, experienced, and responsible Pest Control Supervisor / Technician who can oversee daily field operations while actively performing pest control services. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, previous team supervision experience, and the ability to manage technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and guide pest control technicians in daily field operations.
- Perform pest inspections and identify infestations, entry points, and pest activity.
- Carry out and oversee treatments for bed bugs, cockroaches, rodents, ants, wasps, spiders, and other common pests.
- Perform chemical spraying, gel baiting, dust applications, crack-and-crevice treatments, rodent control, and bed bug heat treatments.
- Assign daily jobs, coordinate schedules, and manage technicians’ routes.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure technicians follow proper treatment procedures and company standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, treatment reports, and service recommendations.
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and building management.
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Ensure proper use of pesticides, PPE, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work orders are completed properly.




- Monitor team performance and maintain service quality. Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on pest control experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, inspection, and treatment procedures.
- Experience with residential, commercial, and multi-unit properties.
- Knowledge of IPM and different pest control treatment methods.
- Valid Ontario Structural Exterminator Licence or applicable certification is preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and supervise a team.
- Physically capable of performing fieldwork and inspections.
