We offer
a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000, plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive health and dental package. The perks are solid, but we’re looking for someone who joins us for the rewarding work and the excellent team dynamic first.



What You Bring to the Table We need a Revit whiz who constructs digital models as bulletproof as the physical structures we engineer. We are looking for:
- Structural Systems Mastery: You have a proven track record modeling concrete, structural steel, timber, and masonry, with a sharp eye for rebar placement and intricate connection detailing.
- Custom Content Creation: You can build custom parametric families without breaking a sweat. You know exactly how to craft 3D components and 2D detail families to keep models accurate and construction drawings crystal clear.
- Model Integrity & Worksharing: You deeply respect Central File etiquette. Managing worksets, coordinating with linked architectural models, and keeping file bloat or crashes at bay are second nature to you.
- Smart Documentation: You’re highly proficient with View Templates, Filters, and Tagging, allowing you to automate the heavy lifting and consistently produce clean, airtight construction documents.
