Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides attentive, coordinated patient care, supporting comfort, safety, and continuity across each stage of care. This role combines clinical observation, clear communication, accurate documentation, and collaboration with patients, families, and the care team. Duties
- Clinical assessments and care planning
- Wound care and post-surgical monitoring
- Medication management and IV therapy coordination
- Care coordination with physicians and Island Health
- Caregiver education, delegation, and supervision
- Clinical leadership and quality assurance Requirements
- Active BCCNM RN registration
- Current CPR certification
- Criminal record check (Solicitor General)
- Home care or community nursing experience preferred
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
