We're looking for a dependable, motivated Vehicle Porter / Shop Support Associate to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Transportation: Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles between our repair facility, rental car locations, and designated pickup/drop-off points.
- Rental Car Coordination: Assist our sales and operations teams with vehicle exchanges, customer drop-offs, and rental car logistics.
- Parts & Supply Runs: Pick up automotive parts, supplies, and other materials from local vendors as needed.
- Shop Support: Assist with moving, organizing, and positioning vehicles throughout the facility.
- Customer Service: Represent Hail Medic professionally when interacting with customers and rental car partners.
- Team Assistance: Work closely with sales representatives, technicians, and management to ensure vehicles are transported efficiently and on schedule.
- Vehicle Care: Handle all customer vehicles with care and report any existing damage or concerns. Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record (required).
- Responsible, punctual,



and highly dependable.
- Comfortable driving a variety of makes and models, including luxury vehicles, SUVs, and trucks.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
