Major League Property Development Specialists Ltd. is an established residential renovation and property maintenance company serving clients from Qualicum Beach all the way down to Duncan. We are looking for an experienced, versatile Red Seal Electrician with Class B or A Field Safety Representative (FSR) certification to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an electrician who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable working across multiple trades. Position Overview The successful candidate will hold a valid Class B or A Field Safety Representative (FSR) certification and have the ability to oversee electrical permits, inspections and code compliance. As electrical work will not always fill the working week, we are looking for someone who is also practical, hands-on and willing to assist our renovation team with general construction and property improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Act as the company's FSR, overseeing electrical permits, inspections and code compliance.
- Carry out electrical work associated with bathroom, kitchen and whole-home renovations.
- Assist with general renovation work, including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, finishing and other construction tasks.
- Work collaboratively with our existing team across a variety of residential projects.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.



Qualifications
- Red Seal or recognized BC journeyman electrician certification.
- Active Class B or A FSR certification – required.
- Experience in residential electrical installations and renovations.
- General construction or renovation experience is a strong asset.
- Willingness to assist with work outside the electrical trade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid BC driver's licence.
- Reliable, hardworking and adaptable.
