Overview The Dental Receptionist welcomes patients and supports the daily flow of a dental office. This front desk role combines patient service, scheduling, and administrative coordination, helping patients feel informed while enabling the care team to stay organized. Duties
- Welcome patients, assist with check-in, and provide clear guidance about appointments and office procedures.
- Schedule and update appointments, manage a multi-line phone system, and route messages to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, using Dentrix or Epic as applicable.
- Coordinate front desk tasks and share timely updates with colleagues to support smooth patient visits.

Qualifications Required: Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front desk tasks, multi-line phone systems, and electronic medical records accurately. Familiarity with medical terminology supports clear, skilled interactions with patients and colleagues. Preferred: Dental receptionist, dental office, medical office, office, or administrative experience; familiarity with Dentrix or Epic is an advantage. Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
