We are looking for an experienced, hands-on carpenter to work alongside our lead carpenters and help keep projects running smoothly. We need someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while being a strong team player. What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside lead carpenters on residential and commercial projects.
- Completing framing, interior finishing, drywall, trim, doors, and general renovation work.
- Assisting with additions, new builds, and larger renovation projects.
- Reading plans and following project specifications.
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Taking initiative, solving problems, and helping maintain a high standard of workmanship. What We’re Looking For
- Five years of hands-on construction and renovation experience.
- Strong carpentry skills and a solid understanding of residential construction.
- Someone who can work independently without constant direction.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a crew.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Own basic hand tools. (LRC will provide tools after probation period )




- Ability to take direction from lead carpenters while contributing ideas and experience of your own.
