Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing and electrical technicians for service calls and jobs.
- Use Housecall Pro to manage schedules, work orders, customer information, and job updates.
- Coordinate daily routes and assignments to maximize technician efficiency.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day to manage delays, emergencies, and schedule changes.
- Answer customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide service updates.
- Prioritize urgent service requests and respond to last-minute scheduling needs.
- Maintain accurate job records and ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and the office.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times. Requirements
- Previous dispatching experience is required.
- Housecall Pro experience is required.
- Experience in the plumbing and/or electrical service industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems.
