About Us
Adosmart Inc. specializes in HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB), hydronic balancing, and building commissioning services for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. We are seeking motivated HVAC TAB Technicians to join our growing team. Experienced technicians and mechanically inclined individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform air and hydronic testing, adjusting, and balancing on HVAC systems.
- Measure airflow, air velocity, static pressure, water flow, and differential pressure.
- Test and balance RTUs, AHUs, exhaust fans, pumps, and heating/cooling systems.
- Review mechanical drawings and equipment schedules.
- Identify and troubleshoot HVAC performance issues.
- Record field measurements and prepare accurate TAB reports.
- Travel to project sites throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform basic calculations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.




- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and construction sites.
- Previous TAB or HVAC experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with NEBB, ASHRAE, and TAB instruments is an advantage.
