- Perform snow removal and ice control at assigned properties
- Clear sidewalks, walkways, entrances,



and other designated areas
- Work alongside your crew to complete properties safely and efficiently
- Follow site instructions and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Communicate with your Crew Lead and contribute to a reliable, productive team Who Thrives Here You'll thrive here if you:

- Have your own reliable vehicle to travel to meet your crew and proceed with them in a company truck What to Expect During Snow Events Snow removal is weather-dependent, which means every week can look a little different. Some shifts may start early in the morning, while others may take place during the day, evening, or overnight. To help keep our properties safe and our crews running smoothly, here's what we ask of our team:
- Flexibility and availability during all snowfall events, including weekends and holidays when needed, with Christmas Day excluded.
- Staying aware of upcoming weather by keeping an eye on forecasts and being prepared when snow is expected.
- Reliable transportation to get to your assigned job site for each shift.




- Positive communication with your Crew Lead so everyone knows when and where they're needed.
- An understanding that hours will vary based on snowfall and cannot be guaranteed. We know snow removal isn't your typical 9-to-5 job. We're looking for dependable people who understand the importance of being there when their team needs them. Winter Income Support – SUB Program Oasis participates in the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Program during the winter season. When work slows due to weather conditions, employees who qualify for Employment Insurance (EI) may be eligible to receive EI benefits along with a supplemental payment from Oasis. This program is designed to provide additional income stability during periods when snowfall is limited and

working hours
are reduced. Participation is subject to EI eligibility and the terms of the company's SUB plan. Looking for Something Longer Term? While this position begins with winter snow removal, our goal is to identify great people who can continue growing with Oasis beyond the winter season. For individuals who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, there may be opportunities to transition into full-time positions with our Design-Build (hardscaping), Landscape Maintenance, or Irrigation teams in the spring.
