Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and assign loads to drivers
- Source and book loads using Loadlink
- Negotiate rates with brokers and customers
- Prepare and send rate confirmations
- Monitor driver routes and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with drivers regarding load instructions and updates
- Coordinate scheduling with shippers and receivers




- Collect and verify signed PODs (Proof of Delivery)
- Prepare and submit invoices to brokers and customers
- Maintain accurate load, mileage, and fuel records
- Resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and MTO regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of US dispatch experience (required)
- Experience using Loadlink (required)
- Experience with invoicing and billing procedures
- Knowledge of Ontario and Quebec routes
- Solid rate negotiation skills
- Familiar with dispatch software and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of HOS rules and MTO regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
