Are you the person who gets everyone around you fired up? We’re looking for an energetic Club Manager to grow our community at Anytime Fitness in the greater Winnipeg region. What you’ll do
- Sales, sales, sales Help prospective new members see the value and join our community
- Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning Keep the facility top-notch for our members.
- Make social media content for the club: reels, stories, member shoutouts
- Plan and run in-club promotions and events
- Get out into the community and build local partnerships
- Keep the club clean, stocked and in great shape, and flag anything that needs fixing
- Keep a busy day organized and moving Who you are
- Outgoing and confident talking to anyone
- You’ve sold something before, whether in retail, serving, gym sales or anywhere else,



or you have related experience in a busy hospitality setting
- Comfortable on camera
- Able to juggle a few things at once
- You love fitness Management experience is a bonus, not a must. Pay: $18–$22/hour to start, plus performance pay. Health benefits, life insurance, and a free membership for you and your partner.
