We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting guests, responding to guest concerns in a polite and friendly manner and advising guest on all the hotel amenities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and is capable of multitasking and responding to multiple requests at once.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a sincere and friendly manner
- Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure
- Posting charges to the appropriate guest accounts.
- Anticipating and addressing guests needs.
- Answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Communicate with guests on hotel amenities and packages

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- 1 year font desk agent experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills
- Team player
- Available to work shift, weekends and holidays Competitive wage
