Vivid Autoworks is a proud, locally-owned automotive detailing shop right here in Camrose. We are a small, tight-knit team dedicated to providing the best customer service and value that we can. Right now, our team consists of the shop owner and our lead technician, and we are looking for a reliable, energetic third member to join our crew The Role: Are you someone who hates sitting behind a desk all day, likes working with your hands, AND enjoys chatting with people? We are looking for a versatile team player for a unique hybrid role. You will split your time between the back of the shop (cleaning and detailing vehicles) and the front of the shop (answering phones, greeting customers, and selling detailing packages). This role is designed to help take some of the daily load off the shop owner, meaning you will become a vital part of how our business runs day-to-day. What You’ll Be Doing:
- In the Shop (Labour & Detailing):
- Washing, drying, and prepping vehicle exteriors.
- Vacuuming, shampooing, and deep-cleaning vehicle interiors.
- Assisting the lead technician and owner with daily detailing tasks.
- Keeping the shop, wash bays, and waiting area clean and organized.
- At the Front Desk (Customer Service):
- Answering phone calls, replying to inquiries, and booking appointments.
- Greeting customers when they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
- Assessing vehicle conditions with the customer and recommending/selling the best detailing packages for their needs.




- Processing payments and handling basic invoicing. What We Are Looking For:
- A Great Attitude: You are friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking to customers both in person and on the phone.
- Strong Work Ethic: Detailing is physical work You must be able to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced, sometimes wet/humid setting.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and notice the little things that make a vehicle shine.

Experience:
Previous customer service or sales experience is a huge plus. Previous detailing experience is great, but we are willing to train the right person on the detailing side if you have the right work ethic

Requirements:
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License (non-GDL preferred) with a clean driving abstract, as you will be moving customer vehicles in and out of the shop. (Ability to drive a manual transmission is a bonus, but not required). Why Work With Us?
