competitive salaries for various levels of experience. We are currently looking for a part-time night shift employee: Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.* Responsibilities
· Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls)
· Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers
· Clearly document call results and content of calls
· Manage workloads/lists of consumers who have failed to make payments
· Abide by all Collection Agency Acts and Regulations as legislated in each Province
· Uphold the client (Creditor) work plans and the ARO code of ethics by treating consumers with honesty, dignity, and respect at all times
Qualifications:
· Customer service, Call Center or Sales experience considered an asset
· Strong Negotiation and Conflict Resolution skills
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
· Solid Organizational Skills
· Strong Leadership skills
· Bilingualism considered an asset
