Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator PROFAB is looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator to guide homeowners through the design and build process from contract signing to home delivery. This role combines customer service, sales, design selection, and project coordination to create an outstanding client experience. Duties
- Guide clients through design and finish selections.
- Promote upgrades and customization opportunities.
- Coordinate contracts, financing, permits, and project documentation.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Prepare contracts, plans, addendums and selection sheets, and get the required signatures.
- Follow up on changes through addendums within 48 hours of signature.
- Enter selections and project information into our systems and CRM.
- Do the final review of each file before it goes to our technical team for production.
- Follow up on client financing with lenders and mortgage brokers, and on building permits.
- Act as the main contact for clients from order signing to delivery.
- Answer client inquiries and provide updates on timelines, selections, and next steps.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to keep projects on track.
- Communicate client selections and changes to internal teams.
- Identify and resolve missing information or discrepancies.
- Ensure complete and accurate project files are transferred for scheduling and payment processing.
- Support the sales office with appointments, follow-ups, reporting, and file management.




- Greet visitors and assist with phones and live chat as needed.

- Full-time, Permanent
- Weekday, evening, and weekend availability as required
- Occasional travel to sales centres, model homes, home shows, and client meetings Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Decorating, Business Administration or a related field (an equivalent mix of education and experience will be considered).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in home sales, residential construction, renovation, design, or a related industry is an asset
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel occasionally within Ontario
- French language skills are an asset
