Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Consultant
- Begin easy, in-person sales conversations with customers about home internet, TV, and landline phone services, and open the door to new sales.
- Ask thoughtful questions about daily needs and, in person, recommend packages that align with what matters most to each customer.
- Point out how reliable fiber internet, TV,



and phone make everyday life smoother in language that feels natural and helpful.
- Support customers through the full sales process, from initial interest to completed signup, so the sales process feels smooth and positive.
- Show up as a friendly, trustworthy presence in the community and build the kind of connections that lead to sales.
