- Make pizza dough and handle dough during preparation
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables
- Keep the prep area clean and organized
- Follow food-safety and kitchen procedures

- Dependability and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen
- Kitchen or food-preparation experience is an asset
