Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Night Auditor to join our hospitality team at Motel 6 London, ON. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly, and experience in hotel operations. - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests via phone or in person
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing information
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the Supervisors with any other required tasks in a timely manner
- Being flexible with scheduling




- Verification and auditing of hotel revenues including credit card and room charges
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Document in the Front Desk logbook any issues that need to be communicated to the staff for the next shift, and escalate to the Hotel Manager as needed. Experience
- Previous experience in Hotel front desk operations required.
- Strong knowledge of hotel front desk procedures and guest service standards
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and reservation software is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with phone etiquette, customer service best practices, and hospitality industry standards
