- Excavator Operator
- Dozer Operator (finishing)
- Loader Operator
- Skid Steer Operator Locations: Oakbank, Winnipeg, Selkirk and surrounding areas, MB What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation (job sites aren’t on bus routes)
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear and hard hat
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks without restrictions
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts outdoors in all seasons
- A sharp, alert and professional approach on the job
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy equipment on roadway, earthworks and aggregate projects




- Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
- Complete pre-op and post-op equipment inspections
- Perform daily maintenance and minor repairs
- Record inspections, hours and fuel usage
- Communicate with supervisors and crew by radio and hand signals
- Report incidents to your supervisor and reliable mechanical issues to our maintenance shop
- Keep your machine and equipment clean and in top working order
