Overview As a Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them find suitable products, and keep the sales floor welcoming, organized, and easy to navigate. You’ll contribute to smooth daily operations through attentive service and accurate transactions. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide helpful product recommendations.
- Demonstrate products, explain features clearly, and use appropriate upselling to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during transactions.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and assist with customer inquiries in person or by phone. Skills Required: Explicit communication, customer service, retail sales, basic math, POS use,



cash handling, cashiering, time management, and organizational skills support accurate transactions and attentive service. English proficiency and professional phone etiquette help you assist customers effectively. Preferred: Multilingual or bilingual abilities, technology sales knowledge, product demonstration skills, and technical sales experience are valuable strengths.
