E-Commerce Sales & Customer Service Agent – Performance Parts & Truck Accessories JB’s Power Centre

JB’s Power Centre is one of Western Canada’s go-to sources for aftermarket performance parts, diesel performance parts, and truck and off-road accessories. We’ve been in business since 1966. Today we run three Alberta stores, a fast-growing online store at jbspowercentre.com, and an Amazon.ca storefront. Online is where our next chapter is happening, and we need someone on the e-commerce team who knows the products as well as our customers do. You’ll be the expert on the other end of the phone, email or chat. You’ll help a guy pick a lift for his Ram, make sure a set of headers fits before it ships, and turn first-time buyers into regulars. It’s a busy, fast-moving department, and it’s built for a true enthusiast who loves this stuff as much as our customers do. What you’ll do
- Process and manage incoming orders from our website (jbspowercentre.com) and our Amazon.ca storefront
- Help website customers by phone, email and chat, quickly and knowledgeably
- Recommend the right parts, confirm fitment and answer technical questions
- Track orders and handle returns, exchanges and warranty claims
- Keep Amazon.ca orders processed and shipped on time to meet Amazon’s seller standards
- Work with purchasing, the warehouse and our retail stores to solve problems fast
- Keep up with our catalog, new product launches and what’s trending in the industry
- Spot add-on and upsell opportunities that get customers the complete setup What you bring
- A true automotive enthusiast. You live this stuff, whether that’s your own build, a project in the garage or time at the track.
- 2+ years of experience with automotive aftermarket parts and accessories. Knowledge of performance, diesel performance and truck accessories is a must.
- A quick learner who retains what you learn. We carry thousands of parts across hundreds of brands, new products arrive constantly, and the ability to absorb and remember product details is key to success here.
- 2+ years in customer service, counter sales or a similar role
- Clear, friendly communication in writing and on the phone
- Good computer skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a strong asset (we run on Shopify).
- Amazon Seller Central experience is a definite plus
- Organized and steady under pressure in a busy environment, juggling several orders and customers at once
- A problem-solver who takes ownership until the customer is happy
