Recruiting Red Seal Journey-person Electricians to join IBEW 993: *We are recruiting Red Seal Electricians for an Industrial Project in Logan Lake for Night Shift* The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 993 (IBEW 993) represents electrical workers in Northern BC and Yukon.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per codes and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with project teams.
- Inspect and test systems for quality assurance.
- Keep accurate work and material records.
- AWP and Fall Arrest mandatory, training provided free in Kamloops.

Qualifications:

- Certified Red Seal Journey Electrician with completed apprenticeship.
- Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CEC, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Job Information:
- Bus transportation to site will be available from Kamloops, Merritt, and Logan Lake.
- Must be able to pass a swab drug test and alcohol test.
- Must be clean-shaven daily, including for orientation.
- Work will take place in a dusty environment with changing weather conditions.




- Work involves both indoor and outdoor duties, with significant walking required. Night Shift Details:
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Night Shift Premium: $6.00 per hour + regular rate $51.47.
- Rotation: 14 days on, 7 days off, with 10-hour shifts.
- Overtime x1.5 after 40hours and x2 after 60 hours per week.
