Job Summary United Auto Repair is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. We operate a busy automotive repair facility and are looking for someone who can manage daily service operations, communicate effectively with customers, and keep the workflow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily repair bookings.
- Prepare repair estimates, work orders, and customer invoices.
- Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians, shop foremen, and parts department to ensure timely vehicle completion.
- Follow up with customers regarding repair approvals and vehicle pickup.
- Maintain accurate service records and update repair orders.
- Recommend additional maintenance and repair services when appropriate.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure jobs are completed on time. Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.




- Strong automotive mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repairs.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced repair shop.
- Experience with automotive shop management software; Shopmonkey experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence preferred.

Location:
United Auto Repair – Cambridge, ON Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
