- Match customers with the right wireless plans, phones, tablets, accessories, and broadband or TV services while working toward individual and store sales goals.
- Break down plans, features, and promotions in plain language, with no jargon and no confusion.
- Welcome customers, learn how they use their devices and what their budget looks like, and show off features to build a solution that fits.
- Answer questions and guide customers with helpful information from first hello to final handshake.
- Process sales, complete contracts and warranties, handle activations and upgrades, and resolve billing questions.
- Walk customers through service choices, account details,



and enrollment steps.
