Job Overview The Family Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across a range of health needs, supporting patients through assessment, treatment, and follow-up. The role includes caring for children and adults, coordinating care with colleagues, and contributing to informed clinical decisions through accurate documentation and data collection. Duties
- Assess patients, take medical histories, interpret findings, and develop appropriate care plans, including acute care and pain management.
- Provide patient care, including pediatrics, medication administration, and follow-up; coordinate home care when appropriate.
- Maintain clear clinical records using medical terminology and electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Participate in research and data collection,



and collaborate with hospital and medical office teams to support continuity of care. Qualifications Required: Practical patient-care skills, sound clinical judgment, clear documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Preferred: Hospital experience, acute care or pain management experience, pediatrics, medical office experience, home care, research, data collection, medication administration, and familiarity with Epic or Cerner. Your impact: Help patients receive coordinated care and give colleagues reliable information for follow-up. Pay: $350,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
