Blind InstallerOverview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Blind Installer to join our team. This role involves installing window coverings, including roller shades, zebra blinds, and other custom blinds, at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work accurately while delivering professional installations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Install roller shades, zebra blinds, and other window coverings according to job specifications and measurements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mounting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, level, and align blinds to ensure proper fit, operation, and appearance.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure products function correctly.
- Handle window coverings, hardware, and customer property with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and leave each installation site tidy.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding installation requirements or concerns.
- Follow safety procedures when using tools,



ladders, and other installation equipment.
- Complete installations according to scheduled appointments and quality standards. Qualifications
- Previous experience in blind installation, window coverings, construction, or a related trade is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to take accurate measurements and interpret installation instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry installation materials and work on ladders as required. Shift Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Type
Full-time Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
