Job Overview Lead foundation wall and concrete forming work, coordinating crews, construction activities, and quality checks to keep work aligned with project plans. This hands-on foreman role combines field supervision with schedule, budget, and documentation oversight. Duties
- Supervise crews during foundation wall layout, formwork assembly, concrete placement, and stripping; coordinate tasks and communicate priorities.
- Read blueprints and schematics, verify dimensions and site conditions, and resolve field questions with project colleagues.
- Monitor workmanship and quality control, track progress and costs, and support construction estimating and budgeting.
- Use construction management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6, to review plans, document updates,



and coordinate schedules.

Requirements Required: Practical construction experience, supervising experience, blueprint and schematic reading, and the ability to coordinate forming work, monitor quality, and track project details and budgets.
