We're growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Associate Insurance Advisor specializing in Home and Auto Insurance to join our team. The Opportunity In this role, you'll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, providing outstanding sales and service support to our home and auto insurance clients. You'll work closely with our team of advisors, helping ensure clients receive timely, knowledgeable, and friendly service while supporting the continued growth of our agency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing home and auto insurance clients.
- Responding to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Processing policy changes, renewals, and other day-to-day insurance service requests.
- Preparing quotes, completing risk assessments,



and assisting clients with new home and auto insurance policies.
- Identifying coverage needs and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.
- Supporting fellow advisors with client follow-ups, documentation, and administrative service needs.
- Assisting with front-desk reception and client inquiries when required.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring requests are handled efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver a consistent, exceptional client experience. Who We're Looking For Above all, we're looking for a customer service superstar. - A valid Nova Scotia General Insurance Licence.
- Experience working with personal home and auto insurance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning recent technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
- The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- A genuine desire to help clients and create lasting relationships. Previous experience in a busy insurance office or customer service environment is a strong asset.
