Please include your availability with your application. What You'll Be Doing You'll be an significant part of keeping our clinic running smoothly, both at the front desk and behind the scenes
- Answer incoming phone calls and help clients with their questions.
- Book appointments and keep our schedule organized.
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
- Create and maintain accurate client files.




- Assist with animal care and restraint when needed.
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and low-stress environment for our patients and clients.
- Keep our reception area, pet holding areas, and common spaces clean, organized, and inviting.
- Provide exceptional customer service with compassion, patience, and a friendly attitude.
- Stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative to keep things moving throughout the day. What We're Looking For
- At least one year of veterinary reception or veterinary assistant experience is REQUIRED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- A compassionate, nurturing attitude toward animals and their owners.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.

Job Type
