Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our ROTATIONAL MOLDING MACHINE while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Conduct quality inspections of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting issues and making necessary adjustments.
- Utilize hand tools and forklifts safely and efficiently in the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any quality issues encountered during operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations is essential.
- Experience with quality inspection processes and techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- A strong understanding of machining processes and fabrication techniques will be beneficial for success in this role, but is not required.
