Each restaurant creates award-winning Canadian and Chinese favourites with every Dine-In, Take-Out and Delivery experience. Mandarin Rexdale is currently looking to hire a Cook. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team to fill this existing vacancy. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare cooking line by stocking supplies as needed
· Cook food according to recipes
· Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently and to standards
· Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to Buffet Attendant or Packer
· Prepare and cook staff meals
· Clean and sanitize work area and cooking utensils constantly
· Assist Kitchen Helper as needed QUALIFICATIONS
· Good stress and anger management ability
· Good personal hygiene
· Good organizational skills
· Working knowledge of Chinese and Canadian cuisine
· Working knowledge of industry cooking equipment
· Able to lift heavy items COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· Salary Range $17.95 per hour plus tips if any
