MCL Group Ltd. is an experienced earthworks company based out of Acheson, AB, with over 23 years in the earthworks industry. MCL Group has a proven track record of being a great employer while providing excellent results for our clients. We are looking for experienced Dozer and Hoe Hands. Dozer Operator:
- Minimum 5 years experience;
- Cut to finish grade;
- GPS experience is preferred. Excavator Operator:
- Minimum 3 years experience;
- Cut to finish grade;
- Load various types of trucks Requirements of all applicants:
- Must have a Class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle to travel to site;
- Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team;
- Positive and safety conscious attitude;
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week (weather dependent)
- Ability to work out of town;




- Must have current Ground Disturbance level 2, Standard First Aid, CSO, H2S Alive.
