- Intake and scheduling systems
- Structured onboarding, so expectations are clear from day one
- Professional profiles and directory listings, including Psychology Today, managed and paid for by the practice
- Opportunity to provide clinical supervision as the team grows, for clinicians qualified to do so, and a supportive, small-team culture
- Scheduling flexibility, with evening and weekend availability needed, a minimum availability of 10 to 15 hours per week, and consistent hours once set for continuity of client care ## About Greener Grass Therapy Greener Grass Therapy is a new virtual counselling practice based in British Columbia, opening January 2027. We provide individual psychotherapy to adults across Canada, with specialty areas in trauma, first responder mental health, sports psychology, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care, bariatric support, and burnout.



The practice was founded by a clinician with more than 20 years of front-line first responder experience. We are building a small, values-driven team where clinicians are supported well: clean systems, marketing to support your caseload, and an owner who still practices and understands the work. Learn more: https://greenergrasstherapy.ca ## The role We are hiring our first associate clinician: a fully licensed, experienced therapist based in Canada who wants to build a virtual caseload at a pace that fits, without building a practice from scratch. You will:
- Provide individual virtual psychotherapy to adult clients through our Jane App platform
- Build a consistent caseload, with scheduling flexibility and room to grow, including evening and weekend availability
- Complete session notes and treatment planning in line with the standards that apply where each client is located, defaulting to CRPO standards where a province is unregulated
- Practice within your areas of competence; specialty experience in trauma, first responders, 2SLGBTQIA+ care, bariatric support, sports psychology, or burnout is an asset, not a requirement Compensation:



$87.00 to $102.00 per session. ## What you bring
- Current CRPO registration in good standing as a Registered Psychotherapist. CRPO registration is required for this role, even if you are not based in Ontario, because we provide counselling across Canada
- Based in Canada. British Columbia based clinicians are preferred, though this is not a requirement. BCACC registration is an asset, not a substitute for CRPO registration
- Clinical experience after registration, with several years preferred
- Experience or training as a clinical supervisor is an asset
- Previous first responder experience is a strong asset, as is lived or clinical experience in bariatric support or 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care
- EMDR training and experience is a solid asset
- A master's degree in counselling, psychology, or a related field
- Current professional liability insurance
- A private, quiet space and reliable internet for virtual sessions
- Comfort with Jane App, or willingness to learn it (training provided)
- A warm, non-judgmental clinical style and strong professional boundaries ##
