Full-time, Temporary (Seasonal, with potential for year-round employment) Housing: On-site accommodation provided About the Position Poett Nook Marina and Campground is seeking a dependable, versatile, and motivated RV Park & Marina Attendant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, handling administrative tasks, and taking on a variety of hands-on responsibilities. Working in a scenic marina and campground setting, you will play an important role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for all guests. This is a seasonal position with the potential to become year-round for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general groundskeeping, including grass cutting, gardening, landscaping, and yard maintenance.
- Clean and maintain washrooms, shared facilities, and common areas.
- Clean and prepare rental trailers and the bunkhouse for guests.
- Assist with reservations, bookings, and guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide customer service and assistance at the marina gas dock.
- Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the campground store.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the property.
- Assist with security, guest concerns, and conflict management in a calm and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support daily operations.
- Perform additional duties as required to keep the campground and marina running smoothly. Qualifications & Skills
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills,



with the ability to learn and navigate various booking systems and software programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent guest service.
