IT Operations Analyst / Production Support Analyst Role Summary We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Analyst / Production Support Analyst to support day-to-day IT production and application operations. This is an entry-level chance suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in IT Operations, Production Support, and IT Service Management. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering , or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in French and English .
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, databases, or production support.




- Basic knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management concepts.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn IT Operations and ITSM processes. Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or internship exposure to IT Operations, Help Desk, Application Support, or Production Support.
- Familiarity with ITSM/service desk tools such as ServiceNow .
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Windows/Linux, networking, or cloud technologies .
